Still......

So, I'm still experiencing peppermint addiction.
I thought I'd beat this little problem for the year back in February.....but, I guess not. My cravings have returned with a vengeance. You know, you ought to try my Double P diet...Peppermint and Pepsi. I think I've actually lost two pounds in the past six months consuming nothing but those two items.
Hmmm, I wonder if you can get an ulcer from eating too much peppermint? I think it's starting to give me heartburn.
Perhaps I'm just turning into peppermit candy......

(real) Peppermint depletes the body of Iron I know that. My hair pulling is lingering. Even when I breakthrough trauma and do memory work I still pull my hair. Can't figure it out.

That was hilarious until I read that peppermint could be depleting your iron :-(
I went through a stage where I was only eating cheese and grape juice. I didn't lose any weight... hmmm.

Have you tried those soft peppermint sticks? We used to get them in the summers we were in Kentucky, couldn't find them anywhere eles-- but that was 30 years ago-- I figure Wally world should have them by now.

I went through that! When I was 17 I found a stash of candy canes in my aunts cupboard and I couldn't stay away! All summer long I would snack on them! Your kids will love having a candy mom.

caved in last night and had coke for the first time in 6 months. Not going to beat my self up for that one. It gave me comfort when I was shopping at wal-mart last night with my children, after a full day of work.
