Crazy week ahead!

Wow! I have a lot to do this week!
Friday my two little boogers are turning two years old!!!! I can't even believe it. Where HAS the time gone?
So, I have a house to clean. Not because we're having a big blow-out party here at my house, but because my mother-in-law will be in town.
She's a good woman. l love her a lot. She raised a terrific son for me to marry. But, she's a neat-nik, and a clean freak and I am nowhere close to either of those two things. So, I'll be spending the week trying to get our house in order. On the side, I've promised the girls a few fun summertime activities, like swimming and a free matinee at a local theater, of course the library, and some craft time.
We are having a little party on the weekend at Peter Piper Pizza, so I have to finish prepping for that. Thank goodness, that really only includes ordering a birthday cake and buying some presents. I also need to make some phone calls and decide upon someone to babysit my little guys one day a week. My work schedule is about to change, I'll have to post more about this later.

sigh.

Hey, I did manage to whittle my google reader down to just over 300 posts that I need to still catch up on. Yeah, I marked a lot of it as read and didn't actually read them.

Now tell me. How can two little kitty cats be so danged cute and so infuriatingly annoying at the same time?

I am trying to organize things too now that the fixing is pretty much done. So I totally understand what you mean since I want it to be finished by the time my sister comes back to surprise her.

Cats are more like people than we know! ;D

Birthdays and company - Wow! Sounds like a busy week. Don't stress - relax and enjoy!

Happy birthday to the boys - what a fun time you'll have at the party! And I think you should let your mother-in-law clean the house for you - she would be good at it, and it would give her something "fun" to do (LOL!). I've been waiting to hear about those kitties. You sure have a full house with lots of activity!

I hope your work schedule is changing for the better!

I have to say, it was kind of nice to basically mark everything As Read in my Reader this weekend, but I did miss everyone!

Hope you are able to get it done! Wow, 2 year olds, that is a lot of work.
Mother in laws....yup that is too. I have to remember that I now am a mother in law and try to be nice.
Love your blog, it's so cute.

Good luck getting ready for the party and with your mother-in-law too.

Hope all goes well. You know, she comes to enjoy your family, not your house. so relax and enjoy your company.
I haven't looked at my reader in ages... it frightens me.
