Beautiful Sunday

Was Conference wonderful or what???? I loved this mornings session. President Uchtdorf's message started my tears rolling, and Elder Hollands message just topped it off. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.

What a wonderful way to head into Easter week. I'm striving to keep Christ at the center of our celebration this year. I think it would be cool to find and read scripture references each day this week that would help put us there, 2000 years ago as Christ entered the last week of his mortal ministry.

What are your Easter traditions?

conference was simply amazing and I love how it testified and spoke truly of Christ and just coming back no matter what point on the path we were, whether member or nonmember active or not active! The gospel is beautiful and meant to be shared. My light will shine brighter!

This session was the first one in a long time that I got to listen to more that 25% of. I really enjoyed Elder Oaks talk during today's afternoon session.

I'm still trying to figure out and create some Easter traditions. I've only been doing it for 9 years. You'd think I'd have it figured out by now.

By the way, I'm having a giveaway on my blog. Go leave a comment on my "Happy Birthday Blog" post for the chance to win some jewelry. (Shameless self-promotion. ☺)

I love Conference too! It really was a beautiful Sunday! My Easter traditions are pretty basic. . . make a yummy Easter dinner, have an egg hunt for little kids, hide Easter baskets. Basic but fun!

I LOVED conference. I love every session though, but yes, it was all wonderful. I felt very impressed to be mindful of need vs. want and to be grateful for each day.
