What the?

Ok, Why is it that when I skip breakfast,
and don't really have lunch--I'm fine.
But on those days when I actually eat a
healthy breakfast and have lunch--
--
I'm starving like, ten minutes later?
What is up with that?

Oh, and I'm pretty sure I'm snacking the same amount, either way.

That is how I am too. I have recently been doing slim fast for breakfast and lunch. I have to have a couple snacks in between. Here are some good ones that help hold me over. Apples, bannanas and almonds. I am so ready for dinner though. I have to make sure it is something healthy and it is done early cause if not I will eat any junk in the house! Good luck!!

Don't you hate it when it works that way! I guess it depends on how busy you are as to whether you think about how hungry you are at the time!

Sometimes I feel like I'm the same way. And how come during the week, I never eat before 11:00 and rarely eat much before 2:00, but on Fast Sunday, I'm starving by 9:30?
I think Laura's right, it's all about when you THINK about the food.

Eating first thing in the morning actually increases your metabolism. You will burn calories faster first thing in the morning. Which is why you are hungry sooner.
But, if you keep snacking (good food)every two hours, you will speed up you metabolism!!
So, KEEP EATING BREAKFAST!!!
