what do you do when....?

Ok, so how do you repent of bad behavior when the person you were rude to is a customer you'll probably never see again? Is being written up for it and being sincerely remorseful enough?

I think it depends on how serious the offense was. If you can reach them to apologize, I think that could go a long way.

Oh I would love to hear the story behind this one! :)

I think first you have to confess to all your blog readers what you did.

Ok Mikki, it's time to confess. What happened? I think feeling remorseful over it is enough and you should have NOT been written up. And, if you can contact the customer to apologize, it would go a long way.
By the way I'm doing great. I started a new job for Boyd Gaming. I will be floating between the gift shops at Main Street Station, California Hotel and Fremont Hotel.
Don't worry about getting vague answers from James, he doesn't know how to talk to you. He keeps forgetting to tell you "Hello" for me.
Take care,
Tina

Ask Heavenly Father for the chance to see this person again whether in this life or the next. Then let go of the weight of the guilt and wait 'til that wonderful day! It'll come.
