THE best use for old bananas

1c. sugar
1/2c. butter
2 eggs
2c. flour
1/2c. chopped walnuts
1t. baking soda
3 bananas mashed
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add remaining ingredients. Stir. Pour into greased/floured bread pan.
Bake at 325* for 1 hour and 15 minutes (or less--keep an eye on it), until toothipick inserted in center comes out clean.

(just try not to burn the bread!)
Perfect amount of moistness for me.
Enjoy!

I LOVE me some banana bread! My recipe uses a sour cream, which adds a nice flavor, and I almost always use chocolate chips, because, well, yeah. It's chocolate. :D

Which reminds me--I have some old bananas. Yay!
