I really am unsure of the high maintenance part though. I think I'm pretty low maintenance. (actually I'm not too sure about most of it. But I do love ice cream cakes)

I did this, and I am also an ice cream cake. I really don't think I'm high maintenance, either. But as quoted in "you've got mail" (I think)

I'm red velvet...YUCH! I'd much rather be chocolate ice cream cake. Ok...now I'm hungry for sweets, gotta go forage for something chocolate in the pantry! I'll be back in 10 lbs :)
